Flipping burgers for around 50 years.

Pete’s Blue Chip has been an Eagle Rock institution since the 1970s — a family-owned and operated burger stand at the corner of Colorado Blvd. The owner is usually there herself, the booths are red tufted leather, and the lamps are stained glass. As one regular puts it:
